Gift and workshop vouchers are non-refundable and are not redeemable against any products other than workshops.
Gift Vouchers are deductible; they don’t need to be spent in one go. The amount spent is deducted from the Gift Voucher value and the balance remains on the unique code to be used later. If the workshop is a higher price than the value of the Gift Voucher, the difference can be paid.
Gift and workshop vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. After this date, the gift voucher and any remaining balance and workshop voucher will be cancelled. The date of the workshop can be later than the 12 month period, the Gift and workshop vouchers only need to be used within the 12 month period.
